S.O. 3964(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Works of Defence Act, 1903 (7 of 1903), the Central Government hereby appoints the 3rd August, 1903 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
