S.O. 1868(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Live-stock Importation Act, 1898 (9 of 1898), the Central Government hereby appoints the 16th July, 1899 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
