S.O. 3476(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Central Provinces Tenancy Act, 1898 (11 of 1898), the Central Government hereby appoints the 9th July, 1898 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
