S.O. 2489(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Revenue Recovery Act, 1890 (1 of 1890), the Central Government hereby appoints the 13th November, 1892 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
