S.O. 686(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the North-Western Provinces and Oudh Act, 1890 (20 of 1890), the Central Government hereby appoints the 8th October, 1891 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
