S.O. 3806(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Revenue Recovery Act, 1890 (1 of 1890), the Central Government hereby appoints the 24th June, 1891 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 24 of the said Act shall come into force.
