S.O. 3552(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Suits Valuation Act, 1887 (7 of 1887), the Central Government hereby appoints the 5th November, 1889 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
