S.O. 3076(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Indian Easements Act, 1882 (5 of 1882), the Central Government hereby appoints the 6th January, 1883 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
