S.O. 1507(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Madras Civil Courts Act, 1873 (3 of 1873), the Central Government hereby appoints the 6th November, 1874 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
