S.O. 2822(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Married Women's Property Act, 1874 (3 of 1874), the Central Government hereby appoints the 9th August, 1874 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
