S.O. 821(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Calcutta Land-revenue Act, 1856 (18 of 1856), the Central Government hereby appoints the 19th January, 1859 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
