S.O. 2457(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Extending Certain Act, 1852 (14 of 1852), the Central Government hereby appoints the 19th November, 1852 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 7 of the said Act shall come into force.
