S.O. 514(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Madras City Land Revenue Act, 1851 (12 of 1851), the Central Government hereby appoints the 26th February, 1852 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
