S.O. 2908(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Forfeited Deposits Act, 1850 (25 of 1850), the Central Government hereby appoints the 25th November, 1851 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
