S.O. 1925(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Bengal Bonded Warehouse Association Act, 1838 (5 of 1838), the Central Government hereby appoints the 29th November, 1838 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
