STANDING ORDER

All Doping Control Officers,

Subject: The offering of online games by online gaming operators under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974 (Telangana Act 2 of 1974), the Transport Department, Government of Telangana hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the offering of online games by online gaming operators.

2. The matter has been examined. Every online gaming operator carrying on the offering of online games shall make an application in Form E to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. The Doping Control Officer shall ensure that calendar of events is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within thirty days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Telangana.
