STANDING ORDER

To

All Sports Officers,

Subject: The conduct of adventure sports by adventure sports operators under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974 (Telangana Act 2 of 1974), the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Telangana hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the conduct of adventure sports by adventure sports operators.

2. The matter has been examined. Every adventure sports operator carrying on the conduct of adventure sports shall make an application in Form A to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. The Sports Officer shall ensure that register of athletes is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within one hundred and twenty days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Telangana.
