STANDING ORDER

To

All Compliance Officers,

Subject: The running of a swimming pool by operators of a swimming pool under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974 (Telangana Act 2 of 1974), the Mines and Geology Department, Government of Telangana hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the running of a swimming pool by operators of a swimming pool.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a swimming pool carrying on the running of a swimming pool shall make an application in Form H to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. The Compliance Officer shall ensure that sample is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within fourteen days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Mines and Geology Department, Government of Telangana.
