STANDING ORDER

To

All Emergency Officers,

Subject: The operation of a critical facility by operators of a critical facility under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009), the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the operation of a critical facility by operators of a critical facility.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a critical facility carrying on the operation of a critical facility shall make an application in Form E to the Relief Commissioner within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. The Emergency Officer shall ensure that stock is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Relief Commissioner within fifteen days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
