OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The operation of an early warning system by operators of an early warning system under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the manner in which the operation of an early warning system by operators of an early warning system is to be regulated under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of an early warning system carrying on the operation of an early warning system shall make an application in Form D to the State Executive Committee within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of an early warning system is undertaken, and the State Executive Committee shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
