OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The submission of accounts for audit by auditees under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the submission of accounts for audit by auditees is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001.

2. The matter has been examined. Every auditee carrying on the submission of accounts for audit shall make an application in Form GFR 12-A to the Finance Commission within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the submission of accounts for audit is undertaken, and the Finance Commission shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
