OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The procurement of goods and services by procuring entities under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the procurement of goods and services by procuring entities is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001.

2. The matter has been examined. Every procuring entity carrying on the procurement of goods and services shall make an application in Form GFR 12-A to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the procurement of goods and services is undertaken, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
