STANDING ORDER

To

All Court Officers,

Subject: The valuation of property for the court by valuers appointed by the court under the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Reforms and Amendment) Act, 1954, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Reforms and Amendment) Act, 1954 (Uttar Pradesh Act 24 of 1954), the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the valuation of property for the court by valuers appointed by the court.

2. The matter has been examined. Every valuer appointed by the court carrying on the valuation of property for the court shall make an application in Form B to the Registrar General within seven days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.

3. The Court Officer shall ensure that process is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Registrar General within seven days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
