STANDING ORDER
To
All Waqf Officers,
Subject: The occupation of waqf property by tenants of waqf property under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951 (Madhya Pradesh Act 30 of 1951), the Information Technology Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:
1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the occupation of waqf property by tenants of waqf property.
2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant of waqf property carrying on the occupation of waqf property shall make an application in Form A to the Charity Commissioner within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. The Waqf Officer shall ensure that account is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Charity Commissioner within fifteen days.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
