OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The development of land by developers under the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Information Technology Department, Government of Gujarat on the manner in which the development of land by developers is to be regulated under the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976.
2. The matter has been examined. Every developer carrying on the development of land shall make an application in Form E to the Development Authority within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the development of land is undertaken, and the Development Authority shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Gujarat.
