OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The survey of land by licensed surveyors under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Transport Department, Government of Telangana on the manner in which the survey of land by licensed surveyors is to be regulated under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall make an application in Form 12 to the Tahsildar within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the survey of land is undertaken, and the Tahsildar shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Telangana.
