OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The holding of a mass gathering by organisers of a mass gathering under the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the manner in which the holding of a mass gathering by organisers of a mass gathering is to be regulated under the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999.
2. The matter has been examined. Every organiser of a mass gathering carrying on the holding of a mass gathering shall make an application in Form D to the Director of Fire Services within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of a mass gathering is undertaken, and the Director of Fire Services shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
