STANDING ORDER

To

All Deputies Director of Education,

Subject: The running of a school by managements of a school under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 (Andhra Pradesh Act 1 of 1982), the Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the running of a school by managements of a school.

2. The matter has been examined. Every management of a school carrying on the running of a school shall make an application in Form A to the Director of Education within seven days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. The Deputy Director of Education shall ensure that fee receipt is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Director of Education within seven days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
