OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The operation of a critical facility by operators of a critical facility under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the manner in which the operation of a critical facility by operators of a critical facility is to be regulated under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a critical facility carrying on the operation of a critical facility shall make an application in Form G to the District Authority within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a critical facility is undertaken, and the District Authority shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
