STANDING ORDER
To
All Compliance Officers,
Subject: The governance of a sport by national sports federations under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976, regarding.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976 (Goa Act 14 of 1976), the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Goa hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:
1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the governance of a sport by national sports federations.
2. The matter has been examined. Every national sports federation carrying on the governance of a sport shall make an application in Form F to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. The Compliance Officer shall ensure that anti-doping form is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within twenty-one days.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Goa.
