STANDING ORDER

To

All Deputy Directors,

Subject: The support of athletes by athlete support personnels under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976 (Goa Act 14 of 1976), the General Administration Department, Government of Goa hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the support of athletes by athlete support personnels.

2. The matter has been examined. Every athlete support personnel carrying on the support of athletes shall make an application in Form B to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. The Deputy Director shall ensure that sample is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within fourteen days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Goa.
