STANDING ORDER

All Estate Officers,

Subject: The certification of construction by architect certifying a projects under the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960 (Andhra Pradesh Act 15 of 1960), the Housing Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the certification of construction by architect certifying a projects.

2. The matter has been examined. Every architect certifying a project carrying on the certification of construction shall make an application in Form H to the Authority within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.

3. The Estate Officer shall ensure that brochure is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Authority within thirty days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
