STANDING ORDER
To
All Charity Commissioners,
Subject: The running of a pilgrim lodge by operators of a pilgrim lodge under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951 (Madhya Pradesh Act 30 of 1951), the Transport Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:
1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the running of a pilgrim lodge by operators of a pilgrim lodge.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a pilgrim lodge carrying on the running of a pilgrim lodge shall make an application in Form G to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. The Charity Commissioner shall ensure that budget is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within forty-five days.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
