STANDING ORDER
To
All Examination Controllers,
Subject: The giving of private tuition by private tutors under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 (Andhra Pradesh Act 1 of 1982), the Law Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:
1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the giving of private tuition by private tutors.
2. The matter has been examined. Every private tutor carrying on the giving of private tuition shall make an application in Form G to the District Education Officer within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. The Examination Controller shall ensure that certificate of recognition is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the District Education Officer within sixty days.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
