STANDING ORDER

To

All Compliance Officers,

Subject: The running of a gymnasium by operators of a gymnasium under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976 (Goa Act 14 of 1976), the Home Department, Government of Goa hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the running of a gymnasium by operators of a gymnasium.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a gymnasium carrying on the running of a gymnasium shall make an application in Form G to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. The Compliance Officer shall ensure that sample is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within fourteen days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Goa.
