STANDING ORDER

To

All Examination Controllers,

Subject: The training of teachers by teacher training institutions under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 (Andhra Pradesh Act 1 of 1982), the Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the training of teachers by teacher training institutions.

2. The matter has been examined. Every teacher training institution carrying on the training of teachers shall make an application in Form F to the Regulatory Authority within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. The Examination Controller shall ensure that institution is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Regulatory Authority within twenty-one days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
