STANDING ORDER
To
All Nodal Officers,
Subject: The making of complaints by complainants under the Karnataka Sakala Services Act, 2012, regarding.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Karnataka Sakala Services Act, 2012 (Karnataka Act 1 of 2012), the General Administration Department, Government of Karnataka hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:
1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the making of complaints by complainants.
2. The matter has been examined. Every complainant carrying on the making of complaints shall make an application in Form D to the Government of Karnataka within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. The Nodal Officer shall ensure that fee receipt is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Government of Karnataka within thirty days.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Karnataka.
