STANDING ORDER

To

All Estate Officers,

Subject: The development of plots by owners of a plotted development under the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960 (Andhra Pradesh Act 15 of 1960), the Transport Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the development of plots by owners of a plotted development.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a plotted development carrying on the development of plots shall make an application in Form D to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.

3. The Estate Officer shall ensure that tenancy agreement is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within fifteen days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
