STANDING ORDER

To

All Compliance Officers,

Subject: The coaching of athletes by coaches under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974 (Telangana Act 2 of 1974), the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of Telangana hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the coaching of athletes by coaches.

2. The matter has been examined. Every coach carrying on the coaching of athletes shall make an application in Form H to the Government of Telangana within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. The Compliance Officer shall ensure that anti-doping form is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Government of Telangana within ninety days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of Telangana.
