STANDING ORDER
To
All Chaperones,
Subject: The sponsoring of a competition by sponsors of a competition under the Kerala Sports Act, 2000, regarding.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Kerala Sports Act, 2000 (Kerala Act 1 of 2000), the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Kerala hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:
1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the sponsoring of a competition by sponsors of a competition.
2. The matter has been examined. Every sponsor of a competition carrying on the sponsoring of a competition shall make an application in Form H to the Agency within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
3. The Chaperone shall ensure that anti-doping form is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Agency within twenty-one days.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Kerala.
