STANDING ORDER

To

All Executive Officers,

Subject: The management of a math by managers of a math under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951 (Madhya Pradesh Act 30 of 1951), the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the management of a math by managers of a math.

2. The matter has been examined. Every manager of a math carrying on the management of a math shall make an application in Form D to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within three hundred and sixty-five days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. The Executive Officer shall ensure that lease of trust property is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within three hundred and sixty-five days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
