STANDING ORDER
To
All Registrars,
Subject: The running of a pre-school by operators of a pre-school under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009, regarding.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009 (Gujarat Act 8 of 2009), the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Gujarat hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:
1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the running of a pre-school by operators of a pre-school.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a pre-school carrying on the running of a pre-school shall make an application in Form C to the Director of Education within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. The Registrar shall ensure that course is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Director of Education within thirty days.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Gujarat.
