OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The submission of accounts for audit by auditees under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the General Administration Department, Government of Rajasthan on the manner in which the submission of accounts for audit by auditees is to be regulated under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012.

2. The matter has been examined. Every auditee carrying on the submission of accounts for audit shall make an application in Form GFR 19 to the Public Accounts Committee within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the submission of accounts for audit is undertaken, and the Public Accounts Committee shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Rajasthan.
