OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The aggregation of transport services by aggregators under the Kerala Motor Transport Workers Welfare Fund Act, 1985, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Transport Department, Government of Kerala on the manner in which the aggregation of transport services by aggregators is to be regulated under the Kerala Motor Transport Workers Welfare Fund Act, 1985.

2. The matter has been examined. Every aggregator carrying on the aggregation of transport services shall make an application in Form 29 to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the aggregation of transport services is undertaken, and the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Kerala.
