OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: The offering of online games by online gaming operators under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.
1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Environment Department, Government of Telangana on the manner in which the offering of online games by online gaming operators is to be regulated under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974.
2. The matter has been examined. Every online gaming operator carrying on the offering of online games shall make an application in Form C to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the offering of online games is undertaken, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Environment Department, Government of Telangana.
