OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The publication of proactive disclosures by publishers of proactive disclosures under the Karnataka Sakala Services Act, 2012, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Karnataka on the manner in which the publication of proactive disclosures by publishers of proactive disclosures is to be regulated under the Karnataka Sakala Services Act, 2012.

2. The matter has been examined. Every publisher of proactive disclosures carrying on the publication of proactive disclosures shall make an application in Form G to the Lokpal within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the publication of proactive disclosures is undertaken, and the Lokpal shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Karnataka.
