OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The running of a common service centre by operators of a common service centre under the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Home Department, Government of Rajasthan on the manner in which the running of a common service centre by operators of a common service centre is to be regulated under the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a common service centre carrying on the running of a common service centre shall make an application in Form 4 to the Zila Parishad within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a common service centre is undertaken, and the Zila Parishad shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Rajasthan.
