OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The sponsoring of a competition by sponsors of a competition under the Kerala Sports Act, 2000, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Finance Department, Government of Kerala on the manner in which the sponsoring of a competition by sponsors of a competition is to be regulated under the Kerala Sports Act, 2000.

2. The matter has been examined. Every sponsor of a competition carrying on the sponsoring of a competition shall make an application in Form G to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sponsoring of a competition is undertaken, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Kerala.
