OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The implementation of a scheme by implementing agencies under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Rajasthan on the manner in which the implementation of a scheme by implementing agencies is to be regulated under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012.

2. The matter has been examined. Every implementing agency carrying on the implementation of a scheme shall make an application in Form GFR 25 to the Public Accounts Committee within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the implementation of a scheme is undertaken, and the Public Accounts Committee shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Rajasthan.
