OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: The governance of a sport by national sports federations under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. The undersigned is directed to say that references have been received in the Housing Department, Government of Telangana on the manner in which the governance of a sport by national sports federations is to be regulated under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974.

2. The matter has been examined. Every national sports federation carrying on the governance of a sport shall make an application in Form C to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the governance of a sport is undertaken, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this office memorandum may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Telangana.
